Mobility Support

Mobility is essential for both physical health and emotional confidence. We provide safe mobility to reduce the risk of falls and help individuals remain as independent as possible within their own homes. Our staff assist with walking and transferring, support the safe use of mobility aids, and carry out bed-to-chair transfers with care and attention.

We also provide appropriate positioning support to prevent pressure sores and encourage individuals to engage in prescribed exercises where appropriate. All moving and handling procedures are carried out in accordance with best practice guidelines to protect both the individual and our staff.
